We were going to sing this hymn today, but Communion didn't last long enough.
Our family used to go to the Newman Center in Chapel Hill, and this was a very popular hymn during Advent. The choir there sang it with energy (and tambourines) almost every Sunday for the recessional. It didn't sound quite like this though...
