Jennifer's Walk in the Breast Cancer 3-Day

For the last two weeks, I've been trying to get up early and take long walks on the days that I'm not doing aerobics.  They say that it takes about six weeks to develop a habit so I'm 1/3 of the way there.

I find it easier to walk aerobically first thing in the morning than in the evening when I'm more tired and ready to wind down - but I've never felt that I could fit it in.  Sure, I see other women taking walks in the morning after they drop the kids off at school, but how could I fit that in with homeschooling?

Well, we're on homeschooling break now also (good thing, too!) so this was the time to try.  I was inspired by Jennifer at Sob'ah My Soul who has been walking for months.  She's training for the Breast Cancer 3-Day - a 3 day, 60-mile walk to raise money for breast cancer research and aid.  She's a homeschooling mother of four so, if she can fit a walk in, so can I!
